Return & Refund Policy
If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. For example, if an item is delivered on January 1st, it can be returned until January 8th.
Refund requests will only be processed if the item is damaged due to "our fault" or during delivery. Please note that we do not accept returns due to a change of mind or if the item is no longer needed.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused with the same quantity
- In its original packaging, with seals and tags attached
- Accompanied by all accessories and manuals
All returned items will go through a quality check to ensure they are in their original condition. If an item is returned in an unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you’re new to wine, start with Moscato, Riesling, or a light Rosé. These wines are slightly sweeter, lower in alcohol, and much easier on the palate than bold reds.
If you want to try red wine, go for Merlot — it’s smooth, soft, and not too tannic. For white, try Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc — both are crisp and refreshing.
Golden rule: Start light, start sweet, and slowly work your way toward drier, bolder wines.
There are three clear signs:
Smell — If it smells like vinegar, wet cardboard, or rotten eggs, it’s gone bad.
Taste — If it tastes flat, sour, or has lost all its fruit flavor, it’s past its prime.
Color — White wine turning brown or red wine turning brick-orange means oxidation.
Important: Once opened, most wine lasts only 3–5 days in the fridge (even red). Sparkling wine lasts just 1–2 days.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The bottle must be unopened and sealed
The original packaging must be intact
You must have your order confirmation or receipt
Note: Due to health and safety regulations, opened bottles cannot be returned unless the wine is faulty or damaged.
Requesting a refund is simple:
Email us within 7 days of delivery
Include your order number and the reason for the refund
Attach photos if the bottle is damaged or faulty
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
Refund method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If you paid by card, it goes back to your card. If you paid by bank transfer, it goes to your bank account.
We take great care in packaging, but accidents can happen. If your bottle arrives damaged:
Take photos of the damaged bottle and packaging
Email us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery)
We’ll send you a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice
Important: Please do not throw away the damaged bottle or packaging until we’ve reviewed your claim. We may need photos for our shipping insurance.
